The Boho Lux Membership is a $165 recurring monthly charge which includes one customized 90 minute facial per month ($30 off standard price per session) + 10% off all other services and retail products. 3 month minimum required. Each facial service can be rolled over for up to three months and can be used as gifts for family and friends. 10% off additional services and product will be applied at checkout on the day of your service and is non-transferable. Memberships will be charged until canceled. TERMS OF SERVICE: Sign up at your next appointment. By purchasing this membership you are authorizing Boho Waxing and Skin LLC to initiate a $165 recurring monthly charge to your credit card/debit card to redeem one Customized 90 Minute Facial per month starting from the purchase date. You are also agreeing to the cancellation policy and late policy: CANCELLATION POLICY: If canceling within 3 months you will be charged the difference between the standard price and membership price for each service you’ve already redeemed. If canceling after 3 months you will have access to any facial already paid for but not yet redeemed (for a period of 3 months from cancellation date). 10% off services and products is honored for 30 days from cancellation date. No refunds.
